The right candidate will supervise a group of General Superintendents, Superintendents and/or Project Managers assigned to communities in a designated area regarding construction field-related activities. Implement all company policies and procedures throughout the entire construction process. Update reports and ensure quality control in the houses built.

%0A %0A Plan and direct construction activities in the field either directly or through utilizing Project Managers, General Superintendents and Superintendents %0A Set build times on each plan and provide schedules to meet the build times %0A Maintain responsibility for the profitability of the homes being built in assigned communities and manage all cost by reviewing field purchase orders %0A Maintain total involvement with training, communication and development of Project Managers, General Superintendents, Superintendents and field personnel %0A Oversee field operations, production times and ensure quality control so the homes built meet company standards and are ready for homeowner orientation/occupancy %0A Ensure all homes in construction area are constructed to contract, specification and detail and all work invoiced is fully acceptable to company specifications and is 100% complete %0A Ensure assigned communities meet all safety standards in accordance with OSHA and state regulations %0A Visit job sites to check quality and policy enforcement %0A Interface, when necessary, with public agencies, municipal governing bodies, public utilities and industry associations in obtaining permits and approvals %0A Assist other Construction Area Managers %0A Handle escalated problems with subcontractors %0A Respond to unsatisfactory survey cards for construction and customer service to direct quality improvement efforts %0A Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company %0A Ability to travel overnight %0A %0A
