Responsibilities are, but are not limited to: </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct data analytics, data engineering, data mining, exploratory analysis, predictive analysis, and statistical analysis. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Utilize scientific techniques to correlate data into graphical, written, visual and verbal narrative products to inform high quality analytic decisions. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Proactively retrieve data from various sources and analyze data for better understanding. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Build and utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI)/ Machine Learning (ML) tools to automate processes for efficiencies. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Build high quality prediction systems. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Utilize data visualization and graphical applications, to include Microsoft Office (Power BI) and Tableau. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Utilize major data science languages, such as R and Python. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform management and merging of disparate data sources, preferably through R, Python, or SQL.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform statistical analysis, and data mining algorithms. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Data Science, with a minimum of 8 years of work experience. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience in data visualization and use of graphical applications, including Microsoft Office Power BI and Tableau. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experienced in major data science languages, such as R and Python. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experienced in managing and merging disparate data sources, preferably through R, Python, or SQL. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experienced in statistical analysis and developing data mining algorithms. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experienced with large data multi-INT analytics, ML, and automated predictive analytics. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experienced in algorithm development, data structures, and software development practices. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Working knowledge of coding and scripting, information science, mathematics, machine learning, visual analytic modeling tools, and relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to create repeatable, widely applicable procedures to support all-source intelligence analysis and production. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to work collaboratively with users and stakeholders. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Capacity to adapt to changing situations to prioritize tasks effectively. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as Data Science. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Professional or graduate certificate in Data Science from a university or major online learning platform, </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience working in the customer environment is preferred. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Security Clearance: </strong> </p>\n<p>This Position requires an Active TS/SCI and the ability to obtain a Poly, US Citizenship is required to hold this clearance.  </p>\n<h2>Peraton Overview</h2>\n<p>Peraton is a next-generation national security company that drives missions of consequence spanning the globe and extending to the farthest reaches of the galaxy. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
