The Project Manager assists the team as needed by providing coaching, training, and feedback; resolving issues and disputes; and conveying the sponsor's vision, purpose, and political landscape to provide context and perspective.  Success in this role is supporting effective scope and user story breakdown, planning and prioritizing, removing impediments, communicating the delivery schedule, and championing the delivery of the work.  The Project Manager fosters a high-performing team environment focused on continuous improvement.  The Project Manager also reports on project status and forecasts against a larger roadmap.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>*This position is contingent upon contract award.*</strong></p>\n<h2>Job Duties and Responsibilities: </h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Own and maintain the team roadmap across all work streams</li>\n <li>Track and report the status of ongoing engagements</li>\n <li>Ensure delivery commitments are met on schedule and scope </li>\n <li>Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers; escalate appropriately </li>\n <li>Coordinate resource allocation across competing priorities</li>\n <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for delivery status with government customers</li>\n <li>Manage expectations and communicate delivery constraints clearly </li>\n <li>Foster a continuous improvement mindset </li>\n <li>Ensure deliverables meet quality standards before customer delivery </li>\n <li>Track metrics on delivery performance and team velocity</li>\n <li>Maintain documentation of delivery processes and lessons learned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Job Requirements (Education/Skills/Experience):</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance</strong></li>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of prior experience as a Product Owner, Delivery Lead, or Project Manager</li>\n <li>Strong stakeholder management skills</li>\n <li>Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal</li>\n <li>Excellent active listening skills</li>\n <li>Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively with diverse personality types</li>\n <li>Excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills, as well as problem-solving ability</li>\n <li>Must be a team player and able to work with and through others</li>\n <li>Strong presentation and reporting skills</li>\n <li>Ability to understand technical issues at a high level and communicate agile methodologies within the organization</li>\n <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail</li>\n <li>Strong documentation and process skills</li>\n <li>Ability to identify and mitigate risk</li>\n <li>Self-motivated as well as creative and efficient in proposing solutions to complex problems</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Items that are not required but would be a plus:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Supervisory or team leadership experience</li>\n <li>Demonstrated experience with the delivery of solutions using Agile frameworks</li>\n <li>Active DoD Secret clearance</li>\n</ul>\n<p>This contractor and subcontractor shall abide by the requirements of 41 CFR 60-1.4(a), 60-300.5(a) and 60-741.5(a).
