Our award-winning work-life balance is the result of a strong team commitment and industry leading collaboration.&nbsp;</p><p>Your role as Maintenance Supervisor is critical to AL&rsquo;s success and may include due diligence, community acquisition/disposition, serving on or participating in company sponsored committees, organizations, functions etc. You are ultimately responsible for insuring the efficient maintenance operation of the property under the direction of the Property and Regional Manager.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Maintenance Supervisors are eligible for bonuses of up $1,000 based on make ready status and work order completion!</strong></p><p><strong>Your &ldquo;Day to Day&rdquo; at American Landmark as a Maintenance Supervisor:</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Responsible for scheduling work orders</li><li>Responding to work orders within 24 hours and ensuring follow-up calls are made</li><li>Preventative maintenance and direct supervision of all in-house and/or vendor work</li><li>Responsible for ordering supplies and tracking inventory&nbsp;</li><li>Coordination of apartment turn efforts</li><li>Assist team with renewal and leasing efforts to achieve financial goals</li><li>Responsible for the interviewing, screening, and hiring of maintenance staff</li><li>Responsible for the supervision and training of all maintenance personnel</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifying Accomplishments of a Maintenance Supervisor:</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>3 years+ Apartment Maintenance experience</li><li>1-2 years maintenance supervisory experience&nbsp;</li><li>EPA Universal certification required&nbsp;</li><li>HVAC certification required</li><li>Refrigeration certification and basic business finance knowledge is preferred</li><li>Irrigation knowledge&nbsp;</li><li>Valid driver&#39;s license and dependable transportation.&nbsp;</li><li>Bilingual (Spanish) preferred&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>What American Landmark Offers You:</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Market competitive salary</li><li>Comprehensive insurance coverage to include Medical, Life, Dental, Vision, Long and Short-Term Disability</li><li>Three weeks&rsquo; paid vacation per year</li><li>Industry competitive bonus structure to include move-ins and renewal pool&nbsp;</li><li>Education/Tuition Reimbursement</li><li>401K Retirement Plan w/ 4% match&nbsp;</li><li>30% rent discounted apartment</li><li>Cell phone allowance</li></ul><p><strong>Background &amp; drug screening are a requirement.</strong>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>We are an equal opportunity employer.</strong>&nbsp;</p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n<br/>M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM",
