    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.2.27/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.2.27/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.2.27/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong><u>Primary Responsibilities</u></strong>&nbsp;</p><ol start=\"1\" type=\"1\"><li>Responsible for all aspects of customer and sales force support for Refrigeration products as well as new product selection and launch support.</li><li>Partner with Marketing to develop collateral material aimed at increasing Refrigeration product sales and create new and innovative tools aimed at gaining market share.</li><li>Assist in development of training and sales presentation materials for the sales force.</li><li>Conduct proactive calls to customer base to mine existing data for untapped opportunities, explore markets and customers for new opportunities, develop customer relationships, and uncover customer pain points.&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate with the Territory Managers, Customer Experience Representative, Proposal Specialists, and Store Managers to educate customers on new marketing incentives, products, and services available through Larson.</li><li>Prepare reports for segment business leader to determine areas of market share and customer share of wallet opportunities.<strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></li><li>Elevate professional growth and development in continued education industry programs.</li><li>Represent Refrigeration Segment and Company at vendor sponsored product and technical training classes.</li><li>Job site and customer visits; up to 30% travel can be anticipated.&nbsp;</li></ol><p><strong><u>Skills/ Qualifications</u></strong>&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Commitment to excellent customer service.
