The Dean leads a “House” model focused on cultivating a cohesive Montessori learning community rooted in academic excellence, positive culture, authentic Montessori implementation, and social-emotional development.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The Dean provides leadership, coaching, supervision, and support to Elementary Guides, specialists, classroom associates, interventionists, resident fellows, and substitute teachers while collaborating closely with the Principal to ensure high-quality instruction, Montessori fidelity, operational effectiveness, and compliance with DCPCSB and OSSE expectations.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">This role includes approximately:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
