If you’re passionate about innovation and thrive in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you.</p>\n<h2>Job Summary and Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>The Fixed & Private Wireless Solutions Architect is responsible for designing, positioning, and supporting end‑to‑end fixed wireless access (FWA) and private wireless (LTE/5G) solutions for enterprise, industrial, and public sector customers. This role bridges business requirements, RF & IP network engineering, and commercial execution, translating customer needs into scalable, secure, and cost‑effective wireless systems.</p>\n<p>The Solutions Architect works closely with sales, product, engineering, operations, and OEM partners to ensure solutions are technically sound, field‑deployable, and aligned with commercial and operational objectives.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h3>Solution Design & Architecture</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Design end‑to‑end fixed wireless and private LTE/5G network architectures, including RAN, transport, core, edge compute, and OSS/BSS integration</li>\n <li>Develop reference architectures for common use cases (enterprise campus, industrial sites, rural FWA, utilities, ports, logistics, smart cities)</li>\n <li>Perform RF and capacity planning at a high level (coverage models, spectrum strategy, link budgets, sectorization)</li>\n <li>Determine IP network topology and backhaul connectivity including selecting a variety of technologies across fiber, microwave or mesh networks</li>\n <li>Define security, resiliency, and QoS requirements aligned with customer SLAs</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Pre‑Sales & Customer Engagement</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Act as the technical lead in customer engagements, discovery sessions, and solution workshops</li>\n <li>Translate business and operational requirements into technical designs and deployment approaches</li>\n <li>Support RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and technical presentations</li>\n <li>Provide cost drivers, trade‑off analysis, and ROM estimates to support commercial decision‑making</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>OEM & Ecosystem Integration</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Evaluate and select OEMs and technology partners (RAN, core, CPE, antennas, transport, edge)</li>\n <li>Define interoperability and integration requirements across multi‑vendor solutions</li>\n <li>Maintain working knowledge of leading private wireless and FWA vendors and roadmaps</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Deployment & Field Readiness</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure designs are deployment‑ready, including site typologies, hardware configurations, and installation requirements</li>\n <li>Collaborate with deployment and operations teams to ensure smooth handoff from design to build</li>\n <li>Support pilot deployments, trials, and initial customer turn‑ups as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Documentation & Enablement</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Produce solution documentation including architecture diagrams, BOMs, and design standards</li>\n <li>Contribute to internal playbooks, reference designs, and sales enablement materials</li>\n <li>Train sales and delivery teams on solution capabilities and constraints</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<h3>Seniority Expectations</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Recognized subject-matter expert in fixed and/or private wireless solutions</li>\n <li>Owns architectural decisions for complex, high-value, or non-standard deployments</li>\n <li>Mentors junior engineers and contribution sources; reviews and approves solution designs</li>\n <li>Influences product roadmap, vendor strategy, and deployment standards</li>\n <li>Operates with minimal oversight; trusted advisor to executive stakeholders</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Technical</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong understanding of LTE and 5G (NSA/SA) architectures, including RAN, core, and spectrum considerations</li>\n <li>Experience with private wireless networks and/or fixed wireless access solutions</li>\n <li>Knowledge of RF fundamentals, propagation, and site design concepts</li>\n <li>Familiarity with transport technologies (fiber, microwave, Ethernet, IP)</li>\n <li>Understanding of enterprise networking concepts (LAN/WAN, VLANs, routing, security)</li>\n <li>Experience in RAN solutions for both outdoor and indoor environments </li>\n <li>Experience producing high‑level designs, BOMs, and ROM cost estimates</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Professional</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>7+ years of experience in wireless networking, telecom, or enterprise infrastructure, with demonstrated leadership in engineering consulting roles</li>\n <li>Experience in solutions architecture, network design, and technical pre‑sales roles</li>\n <li>Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences</li>\n <li>Proven ability to work cross‑functionally across sales, engineering, and operations in sourcing, scoping and delivery</li>\n <li>Project management experience leading large scale network deployments </li>\n <li>Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and defining structure where none exists</li>\n <li>Experience interacting with customers</li>\n <li>Ability to travel for client meetings and travel to the field, when needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Hands‑on experience with private LTE/5G deployments or large‑scale FWA networks</li>\n <li>Experience with CBRS or other shared/licensed spectrum models</li>\n <li>Familiarity with industrial IoT, OT environments, or mission‑critical communications</li>\n <li>Vendor certifications or direct experience with leading private wireless OEMs</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred)</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Success Metrics</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Quality, scalability, and deployability of solution designs</li>\n <li>Win rate and customer satisfaction on supported deals</li>\n <li>Time‑to‑deploy and reduction of rework between design and field execution</li>\n <li>Adoption of reference architectures and standards across the organization</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Working Style</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Strategic thinker with strong execution bias</li>\n <li>Customer‑centric and commercially aware of competing solutions</li>\n <li>Detail‑oriented while able to maintain a system‑level view</li>\n <li>Comfortable balancing innovation with operational practicality</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Pay Range in the United States: $120K - $180K based upon geography, skills, and experience.
