    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span style=\"font-size:small\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif\"><strong>Primary Purpose</strong></span></span></p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:small\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif\">Sample, test, and monitor all equipment covered under our PAA program and adjust as needed. &nbsp;Perform maintenance as needed.&nbsp; Responsible for neutralizing and disposing of any containment liquids and responding to chemical spills and leaks.</span></span></p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:small\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif\"><strong>Major Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong></span></span></p>\n\n<ol>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:small\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif\">Monitor, sample, and test each of our chillers, dip tanks, and all other equipment that is covered by our PAA program and adjust as needed.</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:small\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif\">Assist in assembly and maintenance of all PAA system-related equipment (i.e., clearing Ph probes, maintaining spray bares, etc.).</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:small\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif\">Conduct daily rounds on all their equipment taking note of any issues, resolving minor issues or repairs, and promptly notifying leadership of any issues that will negatively affect the process.</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:small\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif\">Responsible for water distribution throughout the chemical distribution system and adjust as needed.</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:small\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif\">Accept delivery of chemicals and will be able to operate the system accordingly.&nbsp;</span></span></li>\n</ol>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:small\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif\"><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></span></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:small\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif\">High School diploma or GED equivalent.</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:small\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif\">Must certify in 24-Hour OSHA HAZWOPER Training 29 CFR 1910.120.</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:small\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif\">Must pass a respiratory physical/fit test for APR usage.</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:small\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif\">Minor plumbing and pipefitting skills preferred.</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:small\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif\">Computer and software application skills preferred.</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:small\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif\">General maintenance knowledge preferred.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n",
