Emphasis on quality, a dedication to performing work accurately, and keen attention is a must.</li><li>Perform tasks under supervision from detailed work instructions and per drawing requirements.</li><li>Perform assembly operations according to the production schedule.</li><li>Communicate with the Production team to ensure that all products are produced in a timely manner, are in compliance with quality standards, and meet company goals.</li><li>Comply with and maintain 5S and safe work environment practices.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Exercises working knowledge of various tool holders, cutting tools, boring bars and inserts used on various machines.</li><li>Read drawings and specifications with an understanding of geometric tolerances and dimensions.</li><li>Adheres to safety and quality standards, and dedication to reporting and correcting all issues.</li><li>Calculates dimensions or tolerances using instruments such as micrometers and calipers.</li><li>Demonstrates attention to detail.</li><li>Works independently and requires self-motivation.</li><li>Regular duties include the ability to read, understand, and follow established processes and instructions, accurately complete paperwork required for production records.</li><li>Tools used regularly include mics, calipers, drills, vision systems, multiple measuring devises including comparators, height gages etc., and multiple hand tools.&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for adhering to all company safety and OSHA regulations.</li><li>Responsible for adhering to Quality Assurance Program regulations.</li><li>Maintains a clean work environment.</li></ul><p>Works overtime, as required. Regular and punctual attendance is required.</p></div></div>\n<br/>2nd Shift",
