The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of web development standards and best practices, along with a proven ability to create scalable, high-performance web applications. This role involves leading the design and development of complex websites and web-based applications, including those using the Sitecore content management system. Additionally, the Senior Web Developer will provide leadership and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative team environment.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using web technologies such as <strong>HTML, CSS, JavaScript</strong>, and modern frameworks. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead backend development efforts using server-side programming languages and frameworks such as <strong>ASP.Net, ASP.Net MVC, C#, Java</strong>, and others. Develop and maintain database schemas and integrate with backend systems. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Build functional and visually appealing user interfaces using front-end frameworks like <strong>React, Angular, or Vue</strong> to enhance user experience. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop, implement, and manage web applications using the <strong>Sitecore content management system</strong>, ensuring efficient content delivery and system integration. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Integration of AI tools into the software development life cycle. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues quickly and efficiently, providing solutions to improve system performance. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide leadership and mentorship to junior developers, guiding them through technical challenges and fostering skill development. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, manage multiple tasks, and deliver projects on time and within scope. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Communicate technical solutions and challenges effectively to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project objectives. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in a Computer Science related field and 7+ years of front end development experience. Experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Active DoD Secret clearance  required. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience within the DHA theater – highly preferred. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Extensive experience with web development technologies, including <strong>HTML, CSS, JavaScript</strong>, and frameworks such as <strong>React, Angular, or Vue</strong>. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficiency in backend development using <strong>ASP.Net, ASP.Net MVC, C#, Java</strong>, and experience with backend frameworks such as <strong>Node.js</strong> or <strong>Django</strong>. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong understanding of web development standards and best practices, including experience with <strong>Sitecore</strong> CMS or similar content management systems. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Demonstrated experience in designing and developing scalable database schemas and integrating with backend systems. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with experience guiding and developing junior team members. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Demonstrated experience managing multiple tasks and delivering projects on time. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience working in and managing an Agile development environment. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned web developer to take on a leadership role in a fast-paced, innovative environment, contributing to the development of cutting-edge web applications. </p>\n<h2>Posted Min Pay Rate</h2>USD $101,949.60/Yr.\n<h2>Posted Max Pay Rate</h2>USD $159,296.00/Yr.\n<h2>Salary Disclosure</h2>Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location, contract affordability, internal equity, education, and certifications. The upper end of the salary range may be reserved for individuals who have demonstrated tenure with the company, seniority, and proven excellent performance.
