    "description": "<h2></h2>\n<p><strong>Job Description </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>As a member of the UX Design team, prototype, and document user interaction experiences for customer facing modules of CI-360, mainly - Tech Infra, new app Experience, Decisioning.</li>\n <li>The duties of this position will include conducting usability studies, prototyping and producing detailed UI design specifications; ensuring user interface consistency within a multi-application suite; creating and maintaining usability standards; evaluating new technology, and other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Experience: 2-5 Years</p>\n<p><strong>Primary responsibilities would include the following:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Works on a single or multiple modules of Ci-360 at a time.</li>\n <li>Focuses on user goals and needs and the flow of tasks to achieve those<strong> </strong>goals. Work collaboratively with product managers to decipher domain practices and business goals.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Designs and conducts usability field studies & contextual design projects.</li>\n <li>Influences the product development team to support UCD. </li>\n <li>Demonstrates awareness of market/ competitors and knowledge of users in problem solving. </li>\n <li>Communication and presentation skills necessary to present, explain, negotiate, and monitor design solutions.</li>\n <li>Performs primary and secondary research focused on the domain best practice and customer/user behaviour.</li>\n <li>Focuses on most prevalent use cases and usage scenarios for specific business functionality then to define a journey map of feature/functions.</li>\n <li>Work on functional requirements to translate them into contextual mock-ups, via use cases. Work involves in detailing out system design. Work on effectivity of the task flow and an overall efficiency of customer/user experience.</li>\n <li>Ensure usable, accessible, branded and visually appealing UIs. Maintain user experience consistency within a multi-facetted business solution of SAS.</li>\n <li>Run design reviews, usage walkthroughs, and usability tests with key stakeholders from the domain and with the mentorship of senior UX designers of the team, to validate designs and iterate designs as needed. Prepares feasibility studies and designs tests to determine operating characteristics of software as required.</li>\n <li>It is important to carry learning attitude to understand SAS standards for design, Accessibility, Internationalization etc. Gains proficiency with SAS Design Framework, and its best practices.</li>\n <li>It is especially important to document all behavioural aspects of the design in a form that is easily understood by multi-functional stake holders.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Technology</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Understanding of Software as a Service, Cloud Based Offering, AWS</li>\n <li>To envision user journeys for CI-360 modules.</li>\n <li>Map SAS’s UX design best practices, Design System, and front-end components/framework, and map them to the domain requirements.</li>\n <li>Understand business domain and its intended users to map them with it’s business processes.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Requirement</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Expertise in User Centric Design methodologies including:</li>\n <li>User interface design for web, mobile and desktop applications </li>\n <li>User research</li>\n <li>User analysis</li>\n <li>Experience goal analysis</li>\n <li>Conceptual modelling </li>\n <li>User persons development</li>\n <li>Scenario development</li>\n <li>Task flow design</li>\n <li>Interaction Design</li>\n <li>Cognitive walkthroughs and heuristic evaluations</li>\n <li>Usability testing</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Mandatory Technical </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Expert and hands-on experience with the screen design and mock-up development skills.</li>\n <li>Proficient in effective presentation techniques, and storytelling.</li>\n <li>Proficient in image processing/prototyping tools like Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD</li>\n <li>Exposure to any programming paradigm and frameworks such as React JS, bootstrap 5, would be an additional benefit.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Education Preference:</strong></p>\n<p>Bachelor's or master’s degree in UX Design, Product Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, or related design field.</p>\n<p> </p>",
