Both vary based on level within the program and bonuses are dependent upon company performance.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>In addition, a host of discounted purchase programs are available to all employees.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Serve as Structural Engineering Project Manager for building projects. </li>\n <li>Develop, perform and manage  the structural design. Work would also include existing  building structural evaluations. </li>\n <li>Provide technical assistance and mentor structural engineering design staff. </li>\n <li>Work with design team across multiple offices and multiple disciplines to generate detailed  design documents for construction plans.</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain high-value client relationships.</li>\n <li>Meet client deadlines and project budgets. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Required Skills & Required Experience</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.  </strong></li>\n <li><strong>Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (preferred).</strong></li>\n <li><strong>5+ years of structural engineering experience.</strong></li>\n <li><strong>StructuralEngineering (SE) License in Illinois, or ability to obtain through reciprocity within one year of start date.</strong></li>\n <li>Familiarity with Revit and/or AutoCAD is preferred.</li>\n <li>A successful track record of managing projects, including scope, schedule and budget</li>\n <li>Experience coordinating engineering work and interfacing with other disciplines and clients.</li>\n <li>Experience using structural software such as RAM, RAM Elements, STAAD, Enercalc, TEDDS, or Tekla is preferred.</li>\n <li>Solid verbal and written communication skills required.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in MS Office software.</li>\n <li>Ability to work and thrive in a team environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>The projected range for this position is $97,000-$125,000 annually. Depending upon other factors, i.e., skills, experience, location, market conditions, the range may vary slightly.</strong></p>\n<p>Don’t meet every single requirement?
