    "description": "<h3><strong>Overview</strong></h3>\n\n<p>Piedmont Candy Company is hiring a <strong>Packaging Technician</strong> to support our production team by operating and setting up <strong>bagger and tub packaging machines</strong>.</p>\n\n<p>This is a hands-on role focused on <strong>machine setup, minimizing downtime, and ensuring packaging accuracy and quality</strong>.
