    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Position Overview:</strong></p><p>Indiana University Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Ambulatory RN Supervisor to lead the Pediatric Endocrinology Diabetes Clinic. This leadership role offers an excellent opportunity to oversee clinical operations, support staff, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care for pediatric patients with diabetes and endocrine disorders. Pediatric experience is strongly preferred, along with prior leadership, ambulatory care, and diabetes-specific experience.</p><p>The RN Supervisor will embody IU Health’s mission, vision, and values, uphold the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance, and adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
