This role focuses on technical leadership, architectural guidance,<br>and multi-project oversight rather than heavy hands-on development.<br>The ideal candidate is comfortable working across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring technical quality,<br>alignment, and delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>Lead the technical direction of multiple concurrent projects.<br>Provide architectural guidance for applications built on:<br>.NET Framework 􏚵.x<br>.NET 􏚷+ (Core and modern ecosystem)<br>Review designs, code, and technical decisions to ensure best practices.<br>Ensure technical consistency and standards across projects.<br>Support teams with complex problem-solving and root-cause analysis.<br>Oversee integrations, performance considerations, and system scalability.<br>Act as technical point of contact for stakeholders and business teams.<br>Manage technical risks and proactively propose mitigation strategies.<br>Mentor developers and promote clean coding standards and maintainability.<br>Technical Requirements<br>Strong experience with:<br>C#<br>ASP.NET MVC / Web API<br>.NET Framework 􏚵.x<br>.NET 􏚷+ (Core)<br>Solid understanding of:<br>Application architecture patterns (Layered, Clean Architecture, etc.)<br>RESTful APIs and service-oriented systems<br>Dependency Injection and modern design principles<br>Proficiency in SQL:<br>Query optimization<br>Stored procedures<br>Database design and performance tuning<br>Experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server).<br>Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.<br>Experience reviewing legacy systems and guiding modernization efforts.<br>Soft Skills &amp; Leadership<br>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<br>Ability to manage and technically supervise multiple projects simultaneously.<br>Clear and structured communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.<br>Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).<br>Ability to balance technical depth with delivery timelines.<br>Strong ownership mindset and decision-making capability.<br>Preferred Qualifications<br>Experience leading distributed or cross-functional teams.<br>Exposure to cloud environments (Azure preferred).<br>Experience with system integration and enterprise environments.</p>",
