Social Worker (Full-Time, Shared Role – Vancouver Island) Cerwydden Care & Oyster Harbour Care Centre
Park Place Seniors Living is seeking a compassionate and experienced full-time Social Worker to support residents, families, and care teams across two beautiful Vancouver Island communities .
This unique shared role offers variety, connection, and meaningful impact:
2 days per week at Cerwydden Care 3 days per week at Oyster Harbour Care Centre If you’re passionate about person‑centred care and thrive in a collaborative, mission‑driven environment, we’d love to meet you.
About the Role As the Social Worker, you will play a key role in supporting residents’ psychosocial well-being while partnering closely with families, clinical teams, and external agencies. This role is ideal for someone who values relationship-building, advocacy, and continuity of care across multiple settings.
