    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><p><strong><ins>POSITION SUMMARY:&nbsp;</ins></strong></p><p>Under the direction of the department Supervisor/Manager, the Helper/Laborer is responsible for putting parts on and off the racks so that they may be prepped and ready for plating process, prepare and package parts, as well as perform general duties within the department.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong><ins>ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:</ins></strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p>&bull; Places parts on and off racks as needed.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Performs bending of aluminum wires on racks to ensure parts are secure and adequately placed.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Tightens bolts and screws with equipment and tools on saddle racks to ensure they are secure.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; May assist the Plater in cleaning tanks.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Performs visual inspection of parts to ensure no over plating.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Use air hose to dry parts upon completion of plating cycle.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Prepares and packages parts for shipping.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Adheres to safety regulations.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Performs other duties as assigned. &nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong><ins>QUALIFICATIONS &amp; REQUIREMENTS:&nbsp;</ins></strong></p><p>&bull; Comfortable using basic tools (i.e. wire cutters and air hose).&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Comfortable working on a platform with tanks of acid and chemicals.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Ability to pay attention to detail and follow precise instructions.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong><ins>ITAR REQUIREMENT:&nbsp;</ins></strong></p><p>Due to ITAR regulations, this position requires that the employee must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident).&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong><ins>PHYSICAL DEMANDS:&nbsp;</ins></strong></p><p>&bull; Walking/Standing for prolonged periods of time.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Ability to wear a respirator.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Moderate pushing and pulling.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Exposed heat, noise and chemical fumes while in production areas.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Good hand and eye coordination and movement. &nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>We are an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
