As a Senior Platform Engineer, you will be a key driver in enhancing our developer experience and maintaining world-class reliability. Your responsibilities will include:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Elevating Developer Experience (DevEx):</span> Design, build, and maintain internal tools and services that improve the velocity, efficiency, and happiness of our product engineering teams. You'll make the path from code to production seamless and enjoyable.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Driving Platform Thinking:</span> Champion a \"platform-as-a-product\" mindset. You'll work cross-functionally to understand internal customer needs and ensure all services are scalable, secure, and easy to consume.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Embracing Site Reliability Engineering (SRE):</span> Apply core SRE principles, such as SLOs, error budgets, and toil reduction to ensure the reliability and resilience of our critical systems and infrastructure</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Leading Cross-Team Projects:</span> Take ownership of complex platform projects. This includes defining scope, managing dependencies, and communicating progress to successful completion</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Structured Problem-Solving:</span> Tackle difficult architectural and operational challenges with a structured and methodical approach.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This position will give you the opportunity to drive midsize to large projects, right from the concept phase all the way through to production deployment and operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements to the platform infrastructure.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Your Qualifications</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>As a<span>  </span>successful candidate you will bring 4+ years of experience in a similar position to the table with a proven record in building scalable and resilient distributed systems using modern cloud technologies.</p>\n<p>Required skills and qualifications:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hands-on experience with container orchestration and automation in cloud architectures (Kubernetes, Helm)</li>\n<li>Experience with modern observability principles, stacks and tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Alertmanager</li>\n<li>Knowledge in GitOps principles and CI/CD tooling</li>\n<li>Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform</li>\n<li>Worked with at least one public cloud provider (Azure, GCP, AWS, ...) already</li>\n<li>University degree in Computer Science or similar educational level</li>\n<li>Knowledge of Linux system administration, networking concepts and major Internet protocols (TCP/IP, IPsec, SSL, SSH, SMTP, HTTPS, DNS)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Bonus skills and qualifications:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with services meshes (e.g. Istio)</li>\n<li>Knowledgeable in different database technologies (SQL, time series, NoSQL) </li>\n<li>Practical knowledge of modern programming languages (Golang, Java)</li>\n<li>Scripting and automation skills using languages such as Python, Bash</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Join Us?</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>You will have the autonomy to make a significant impact on our engineering culture and infrastructure.
