This position includes <strong>0.7 clinical and 0.3 administrative</strong> time.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Position Highlights: </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Core faculty role in a <strong>new and growing Family Medicine Residency Program</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Full-spectrum outpatient family medicine</strong>, including prenatal care, pediatrics, and adult medicine</li>\n <li>Regular <strong>resident precepting</strong> in clinic and office procedures</li>\n <li>Active involvement in <strong>curriculum development</strong> and resident career guidance</li>\n <li>Shared call across the Family Medicine department</li>\n <li>Supportive, collaborative, non-competitive environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>About the Program & Organization</strong></p>\n<p>The BayCare Family Medicine Residency Program is a <strong>3-year program</strong> based at <strong>St. Joseph’s Hospital–South</strong>, in partnership with <strong>Tampa Family Health Centers</strong>, accepting 10 residents annually.
