We are seeking an entery level Structural Project Engineer to help our Company grow.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em><strong>Responsibilities</strong></em></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage consultant engineering design professionals and provide engineering oversight.</li>\n <li>Lead the review of engineering and construction documents.</li>\n <li>Research cutting edge digital building technology and help to develop best practices for new technology.</li>\n <li>Utilize software such as Revit to produce three-dimensional building models; supervise and review work of models provided by others.</li>\n <li>Help to establish modeling standards and best practices in software such as Revit.</li>\n <li>Perform site visits on an as needed basis.</li>\n <li>Analyze design requirements, specifications, and performance requirements.</li>\n <li>Interface/coordinate with other professional disciplines.</li>\n <li>Manage fees, scope and schedule requirements.</li>\n <li>Responsible for the technical accuracy and completeness of engineering documentation.</li>\n <li>Undertake constructability analyses and reviews.</li>\n <li>Support sustainability objectives, methods and technologies.</li>\n <li>Prepare material takeoffs and estimates for use in design processes</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em><strong>Requirements</strong></em></p>\n<ul>\n <li>BS degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited college or university.</li>\n <li>Professional Engineering registration preferred.</li>\n <li>Experience in residential design and construction.</li>\n <li>Proficient in modeling software such as Revit.</li>\n <li>Proficiency with codes and standards relevant to engineering design and building construction as well as material specific design codes.</li>\n <li>Sustainability methods and technologies experience.</li>\n <li>High degree of competence and understanding of building materials, techniques and processes.</li>\n <li>Previous quantity surveying and estimating experience preferred.</li>\n <li>Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.</li>\n <li>Proactive in addressing problem issues, presenting and implementing solutions.</li>\n <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.</li>\n <li>High level of written and verbal communication skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><em>Compensation</em></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Base Salary: $75,000-$95,000 </li>\n <li>FLSA Status: Exempt</li>\n <li>Bonus Type: Year-end Discretionary</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em><strong>Comprehensive Benefits Package</strong></em></p>\n<p>We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to meet the diverse needs of our employees and their families: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive Compensation: We provide a competitive compensation structure that rewards performance and results.</li>\n <li>Health & Wellness: Comprehensive coverage includes medical, dental, and vision insurance options, as well as Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).</li>\n <li>Financial Future: Access a 401(k) retirement savings plan.</li>\n <li>Time Off: Our time-off benefits include vacation, sick leave, paid holidays, and other leave types (bereavement, jury duty, FMLA, military leave).</li>\n <li>Insurance & Protection: Company-provided life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance, and short- and long-term disability coverage are included.
