    "description_html": "<p>Southland Holdings Company is currently accepting resumes for highly motivated <b><i>Concrete Laborers </i></b>to join our team in El Paso, TX at our project. </p><p>Concrete Laborers</p><ul><li>OSHA 10/30 preferred</li><li>Bilingual preferred but not required</li><li>Opportunity for lots of working hours!! </li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong>:<br>• Construction experience *Experience laying sanitary sewer, utilities, pipeline, RCP storm drain and waterline.<br>• Must be physically capable of navigating rugged terrain for purpose of performing duties outlined above.<br>• Must work in all weather conditions, be prepared for both extreme heat/cold<br>• Must be able to work independently and maintain a schedule of work<br>• Exceptional attendance record<br>• Must be available to work Overtime<br>• Ability to stand, squat, stoop, bend, lift for extended periods of time<br>• Must pass post offer drug screen and E-verify all candidates</p><p><strong>Desired qualifications:</strong><br>•1+ Years related experience - Construction experience – Pipeline, water treatment, RCP storm drain.<br>• OSHA safety training and a current First Aid and CPR certificate</p><p><strong>Full-Time employee benefits – Competitive pay, Health/Dental/Vision, 401K Match.
