Apply now!</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Summary</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative and financial aspects of multiple or more complex assigned construction projects. This role coordinates with Superintendents to support execution, manages documentation, cost control, scheduling, and client communication, and ensures projects progress in alignment with contractual and operational requirements.</span></em></p>\n<p><em><br></em><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain and Improve Project Financial Performance across complex or multiple projects</li>\n<li>Ensure Quality Project Delivery &amp; Timely Close-Out</li>\n<li>Maintain strong Day-to-Day Client &amp; Partner Relationships</li>\n<li>Lead projects from kickoff through closeout.</li>\n<li>Manage multiple or complex project budgets, schedules, and subcontractors.</li>\n<li>Interface directly with owners, architects, and consultants.\n<ul></ul>\n</li>\n<li>Identify and mitigate risks; manage change proactively</li>\n<li>Mentor Project Expeditors and Assistant PMs</li>\n<li>On time AP/AR billings</li>\n<li>Successful negotiation of contracts</li>\n<li>Document control</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills</span><br></p>\n<p><em>Soft Skills</em></p>\n<p>• Strategic leadership across multiple or complex projects</p>\n<p> • Strong financial accountability and margin ownership</p>\n<p> • Executive-level communication and negotiation skills</p>\n<p>• Advanced risk assessment and decision-making under pressure</p>\n<p>• Client relationship management and repeat-work focus </p>\n<p>• Ability to mentor and develop PM/APM team members <br><em>Technical Skills</em></p>\n<p>• Advanced budget forecasting, cost control, and change management</p>\n<p>• Schedule analysis and recovery planning (P6/MS Project)</p>\n<p>• Contract negotiation and subcontract buyout strategy</p>\n<p>•Oversight of documentation workflows (RFIs, submittals, COs)</p>\n<p>•Proficiency in Procore, Sage, Timberscan, Excel, and Power BI</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Software</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>MS EXCEL</li>\n<li>TIMBERSCAN</li>\n<li>P6</li>\n<li>MS PROJECT</li>\n<li>SHAREPOINT</li>\n<li>MS TEAMS</li>\n<li>PROCORE</li>\n<li>BLUEBEAM<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">PHYSICAL DEMANDS</span></p>\n<p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee, with or without reasonable accommodations, to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
