This role is responsible for optimizing system performance, supporting clinical and operational workflows, and training staff to ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality patient care.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge of eCW with a practical understanding of clinical operations and a passion for improving provider efficiency and patient outcomes.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Serve as the primary subject matter expert for eClinicalWorks across all sites&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Optimize workflows for providers, medical assistants, and front desk staff&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Develop and maintain templates, order sets, and documentation tools&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Train new and existing staff on eCW workflows and best practices&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Monitor and improve chart completion and documentation quality&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support clinical quality initiatives, including UDS measures and value-based care&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Collaborate with IT and Revenue Cycle teams to resolve system and workflow issues&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist with system updates, implementations, and process improvements&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide on-site support across locations, including school-based health centers&nbsp;</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">2+ years of hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks (required)&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience in a healthcare setting; FQHC experience preferred&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong understanding of clinical workflows and EHR documentation&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience with quality reporting (UDS, HEDIS, or similar) preferred&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to train staff and communicate effectively across teams&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong problem-solving and organizational skills&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">LPN/Coding/Billing Certification Preferred&nbsp;</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p></div>\n",
