    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\">TRANSPORTATION TECHNICIAN</p><p>Truck Wash</p><p>BASIC FUNCTIONS:</p><p>The Transportation Technician&#39;s primary responsibility is to ensure the complete sanitation of all livestock trailers, goosenecks, feed trucks, and wash bays. The Transportation Technician must adhere to company standard operating procedures and is expected to follow all safety protocols developed and implemented. The Transportation Technician must also keep company equipment and facilities in good condition.</p><p>DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:</p><p>- Understands the concept of clean and dirty area&rsquo;s and what procedures have to be followed when going from one area to the other</p><p>- Understands and operates the power washing cleaning systems</p><p>- Pressure washes trailers from top to bottom, inside and out in a timely manner and efficiently</p><p>- Ensures wash bays and dryer bay clean at all times</p><p>- Operates the dryer chamber</p><p>- Pulls trailers in and out of wash bays and dryer chamber utilizing company tractor</p><p>- Operates tractors and trucks in safe manner to avoid damage to property and equipment</p><p>- Complies with the company standard operating procedures and wears personal protective equipment</p><p>- Understands and apply the cleaning protocol</p><p>- Inspects trailers after washing to ensure it meets company standards</p><p>- Inspects all high pressure hose and fittings periodically for cuts or wear and reports to ECS manager of any that are in need of replacing to prevent personal injury</p><p>- Washes winter panels when necessary</p><p>- Follows safety procedures when applying chemicals</p><p>- Sets thermostats at regular temperature throughout winter months</p><p>- Seeks guidance from supervisor when troubleshooting power washer or mechanical equipment</p><p>- Performs other duties as assigned by management</p><p><br></p><p>EDUCATATION &amp; WORK EXPERIENCE:</p><p>- High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred OR</p><p>- 1-2 years pressure washer experience</p><p><br></p><p>MENTAL AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</p><p>- Ability to perform repeated dynamic movements from below to above shoulder height</p><p>- Ability to lift over 50lbs</p><p>- Have and increased level of fitness that will focus on cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance and flexibility</p><p>- Ability to work independently and follow directions</p><p>- Must be able to kneel, squat, bend frequently for extended periods of time</p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
