This role has&nbsp;</span><span> responsibility for HealthPartners financial analysis, reporting systems, accounting, and budgeting efforts. Develops, maintains and analyzes financial models.&nbsp;</span></p>\n<p><span><b><u>ACCOUNTABILITIES</u>:&nbsp;</b></span></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.25in\"><span>1. Productively work with all levels of management; support and assist leaders, other team members, and other areas of HealthPartners.</span></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.25in\"><span>2. Enhance processes and procedures to facilitate accurate and timely financial and managerial reporting and financial analysis.</span></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.25in\"><span>3. Maintain, develop, and support financial and managerial reporting.</span></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.25in\"><span>4. Assists leaders with operating and financial analysis efforts.</span></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.25in\"><span>5.
