sans-serif\">The Senior Director of Pharmacy Business Operations will provide strategic leadership and oversight for the pharmacy business operations, including the 340B program, medication procurement, and revenue cycle management.  This role ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements, optimizes program performance, and enhances financial impact. </span></p><p><span style=\"color:navy;font-family:'calibri' , sans-serif;font-size:11pt\"><strong>Education, License &amp; Cert: </strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family:'calibri' , sans-serif\">Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Pharmacy, or a related field, Master’s degree preferred. </span></p><p> </p><p><span style=\"color:navy;font-family:'calibri' , sans-serif;font-size:11pt\"><strong>Experience:</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family:'calibri' , sans-serif\">Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in pharmacy business operations, including 340B program management. </span></p><p> </p><p><span style=\"font-family:'calibri' , sans-serif\">The Senior Director of Pharmacy Business Operations shall personify strong leadership and interpersonal skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and be able to show subject matter expert (SME) level knowledge of the 340B program, compliance and management and have a strong understanding of medical terminology, pharmaceutical names, and pharmacy laws and regulations</span></p><p> </p><p><span style=\"color:navy;font-family:'calibri' , sans-serif;font-size:11pt\"><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style=\"font-family:'calibri' , sans-serif\">Leadership and Management:</span><ul><li><span style=\"font-family:'calibri' , sans-serif\">Develop and implement strategic plans, policies, and procedures to ensure high standards of cost-effective pharmaceutical care.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:'calibri' , sans-serif\">Develop strategic departmental goals in alignment with organizational goals and accountability for those goals. </span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:'calibri' , sans-serif\">Select, hire, mentor, train, and plan succession for the 340B program team and pharmacy business operations staff. </span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:'calibri' , sans-serif\">Fostering a positive and productive, and collaborative work environment.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:'calibri' , sans-serif\">Foster strong internal and external relationships to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and accreditation standards. </span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:'calibri' , sans-serif\">Represent the organization’s interests in the state and federal regulatory discussions related to 340B and pharmaceutical billing. </span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:'calibri' , sans-serif\">Develop and manage the department budget, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining compliance and quality. </span></li></ul></li><li><span style=\"font-family:'calibri' , sans-serif\">340B Program Oversight:</span><ul><li><span style=\"font-family:'calibri' , sans-serif\">Ensure compliance with all 340B regulatory requirements. </span></li><li><span strategy, engaging system-wide stakeholders. </span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:'calibri' , sans-serif\">Oversee staff education, risk mitigation, vendor management, and technology optimization strategies to support pharmacy performance improvement.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:'calibri' , sans-serif\">Ensure alignment with system wide quality, safety, and financial
