Veterans are encouraged to apply! </span></p>\n<p>Trust the Triangle<span> </span><a href=\"https://www.apexdki.com/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">apexdki.com</a>.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Mitigation Technicians:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br>Report to the Mitigation Project Manager, attend daily meetings to determine the daily schedule, and complete assignments for the day</li>\n<li><br>Are responsible on the job site for demolition, setting drying equipment, and other assigned tasks</li>\n<li><br>Direct laborers in their daily tasks and document their hours worked to ensure they get paid</li>\n<li><br>Notify the Superintendent when all tasks on scope are complete for payment processing</li>\n<li><br>Stock work vehicles to ensure laborers are supplied for daily tasks</li>\n<li><br>Maintain a neat, clean job site following all OSHA requirements and Apex policies and procedures</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Accountabilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br>Skilled in communication, organization, teamwork, accuracy, attention to detail, time management, conflict resolution, and cost management</li>\n<li><br>Manage multiple projects simultaneously, anticipating, preventing, and solving challenges</li>\n<li><br>Utilize document management software</li>\n<li><br>Actively practice leadership ability</li>\n<li><br>Learn, implement, and maintain an understanding of mitigation operations and procedures</li>\n<li><br>Foster positive relationships with team members and clients, answering questions and resolving issues</li>\n<li><br>Clean and inspect company vehicles weekly</li>\n<li><br>Willing to work 48+ hours per week when needed</li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: rgb(186, 55, 42); font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">On call rotation and during catastrophic events</span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br>Experience in mitigation</li>\n<li>IICRC WRT certification preferred but will train the right person</li>\n<li><br>Knowledge of insurance claim procedures, standards, and guidelines is a plus</li>\n<li><br>Ability to lift 75 pounds</li>\n<li><br>Ability to enter confined spaces and climb ladders</li>\n<li><br>Maintain a clean and professional appearance</li>\n<li><br>Valid driver’s license and eligibility to work in the United States</li>\n<li><br>Pass a background check and drug screening</li>\n<li><br>No felony convictions</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation - Depends on Experience</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\"> $30.00 hr </span></li>\n<li><br>Health/Vision/Dental/Aflac</li>\n<li><br>Paid Time Off</li>\n<li><br>8 paid holidays</li>\n<li><br>Company vehicle and fuel card</li>\n</ul>",
