          "text": "<p>As a&#xa0;<strong>Counter Sales Associate</strong>&#xa0;in our&#xa0;<strong>Ottawa</strong>&#xa0;branch, your essential duties will be to:</p><ul><li>Attending to customers by telephone, fax, or in person at the counter.&#xa0; As required, assist customers by identifying specific or alternative products based on their requirements</li><li>Entering sales orders for products selected and ensuring that all documentation is completed for the sale including price and delivery information as well as verifying stock availability</li><li>Performing general housekeeping duties of the counter area in compliance with health and safety practices</li><li>Providing customer feedback to the direct manager</li></ul><p>Working within a fast-paced, computerized environment, this position requires an energetic and outgoing individual who is detailed-oriented and strives for 100% accuracy.&#xa0; He\\she must be able to successfully complete tasks in a timely manner on a daily basis, work within a team environment, and be self-motivated.&#xa0;&#xa0; The ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships will contribute to your success in this position</p>",
