    "description": "<p>UnetSafe is on the lookout for an experienced and dynamic professional to fill the role of COO Payments/Head of Payments. <br>If you have a proven track record in the payments industry and a passion for innovation, we invite you to join our team. <br>Fluent knowledge of both English and Russian is required.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Head of Payments or Payments Product Manager.</li>\n<li>Successful development and implementation of a digital payment solutions strategy.</li>\n<li>Proven experience in creating payment services from the ground up.</li>\n<li>Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple concurrent projects.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated leadership and people management abilities.</li>\n<li>Drive for innovation in payment services.</li>\n<li>Track record of building partnerships and integrations with various counterparts and service providers.</li>\n<li>Achievements in optimizing the quality and cost of payment service providers.</li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of trends and technologies in payment products.</li>\n<li>Well-versed in European payment legislation, particularly PSD2.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the Payments Department, overseeing all aspects of payments operations.</li>\n<li>Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with payment providers.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate payment solutions, enhancing capabilities and customer service.</li>\n<li>Continuously optimize the quality and cost of payment service providers.</li>\n<li>Stay at the forefront of payment industry trends and technologies, implementing relevant advancements.</li>\n<li>Foster strong relationships between your department and other company departments, streamlining collaboration processes.</li>\n<li>Work closely with the CEO and company owners to formulate growth strategies, explore new markets, boost sales, and shape strategic initiatives.</li>\n<li>Analyze data and monitor performance to drive improvements.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Preferred:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in organizing cash operations for operators in the high-risk segment.</li>\n<li>Previous experience working with high-throughput payment providers in India, Latin America, and Japan.<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p>If you are payments professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to lead our Payments Department to new heights, we encourage you to apply.
