    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Logistics Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing the import and export of SCCL colostrum products, ensuring seamless order fulfillment from receipt through invoicing.&nbsp;</p><p>You will serve as a key liaison between domestic and international customers, production centers, and logistics partners - supporting efficient operations, regulatory compliance, and a high level of customer service.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate with domestic clients, as well as Production Centers, to manage the shipment of SCCL colostrum products through SCCL to international destinations.&nbsp;</li><li>Oversee inbound product receipt, verifying product integrity, documentation accuracy, and compliance with CFIA.&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor and optimize supply chain performance metrics, maintaining detailed customer service logs to track order status and resolution.</li><li>Execute full-cycle order processing, including order receipt, processing, inventory management, export documentation preparation, logistics coordination, and invoicing.&nbsp;</li><li>Address and resolve transportation, import/export, and customer-related issues efficiently, ensuring seamless operations.</li><li>Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of import/export regulations to ensure compliance with international trade laws.</li><li>Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred.</li><li>Effective verbal and written communication abilities</li><li>Proficient in building relationships and providing excellent customer service</li><li>Excellent time management to meet critical deadlines in the fast-paced industry</li><li>Highly valued: Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., APICS, CSCP)</li><li>Highly valued: Demonstrated experience working in JDE</li></ul>",
