The Essential Functions of the job are to walk, stand, sit, kneel, stoop, crawl, twist, reach above head, pull, bend, climb stairs and ladders, and carry up to 50 lbs. Must be available to work weekends, and holidays.</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px; font-weight: bold\"><em><span>ALL EMPLOYEES EXPECTED TO CROSS TRAIN IN MULTIPLE POSITIONS</span></em></span></p>\n<p><span>----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 22px; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\"><span>Park Operations Staff</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-weight: bold\">Operation Staff</span> positions include but are not limited to: </span></p>\n<p><span><em>Gift Shop</em></span></p>\n<p><em><span>Ticket Booth</span></em></p>\n<p><span><em>Front Gate</em> or <em>Back Gate Attendant</em></span></p>\n<p><span><em>Café Food Service &amp; Ice Cream**</em></span></p>\n<p><span><em>Animal Experience Attendant**</em></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Description: </span></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Greets all Guests with a smile and offer assistance; via in person or over the phone. </span></span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Accepting tickets from Guests, scanning prepaid admission tickets, using POS system to input admissions, accepting coupons and payment, and distributing admission receipts to Guests. </span></span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Communicates clearly and in a friendly manner. </span></span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Handles cash or card transactions, provides merchandise to Guest and communicates appreciation for their business. </span></span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Responsible for following asset protection policies and requirements.</span></span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Tasks include but not limited to: making and distributing feed cups, enforcing a set of rules for the safety of the guests and staff, monitor the vehicles as they enter the Drive Thru and keep all stations free of trash and debris.</span></span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Responsible for all checklists associated with the cashier positions. </span></span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Responsible for keeping assigned areas clean, includes stocking merchandise and concessions as instructed by Supervisor.</span></span><span><br></span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Works as a team player to help others complete their objectives as needed. </span></span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Responsible for following all zoo sanitation standards. </span></span><br></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Handles Guest sales in a prompt, friendly, courteous manner using suggestive selling techniques</span></span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Use radio to communicate to Management, Supervisors and or Rangers in Drive Thru with any questions or concerns. </span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px\"><em>Safari Café - Food Service and Ice Cream**</em></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Responsible for preparation of various food products according to prescribed recipes. Learns menu items, portions, and prices. </span></span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Keeps a clean and orderly area including all kitchen equipment, food prep area, and guest areas (tables, chairs, serving lines, condiment stands, etc.) </span></span><br></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Some heavy lifting is involved (approx. 40-50 lbs.)</span></span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Honesty and reliability is a must with knowledge of accurate cash handling. Use of suggestive selling techniques. </span></span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Ability to follow instructions; and work in groups or as an individual during rush times. </span></span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Must maintain a well-groomed &amp; professional appearance at all times.</span></span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Must follow ServSafe guidelines provided upon training to ensure food safety for all guests and staff. </span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px\"><em><span>Animal Experience Attendant (Zoo It All Station, Aviary Attendant, Tortoise Attendant )**</span></em></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Animal Experience Attendant positions will rotate with all Operation positions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Responsible for the daily cleaning, operation, and Guest assistance at these experiences.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Establish confidence to offer facts and answer guests questions during the experience and know </span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">detailed information about the animal in the experience you are stationed. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Monitor the safety of both guests and animals during all experiences. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Handling on the spot cash or card transactions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Portion lettuce for feedings, distribute budgie sticks and / or sell </span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">additional merchandise &amp;
