    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>KECI is looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking Executive Newscast Director to lead our live broadcast execution and elevate the overall production of our newscasts! This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced newsroom, brings creative vision to the control room, and knows how to inspire a team to deliver high-quality, compelling broadcasts every day.</p>\n<p><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform any production duties as assigned including:</li>\n <li>Direct and TD any assigned newscasts and productions</li>\n <li>Create graphics daily using Photoshop and Deko</li>\n <li>Train production crew in cameras, audio, graphics, etc.</li>\n <li>Supervise production crew on a daily basis</li>\n <li>Maintain production studio and control room</li>\n <li>Perform other tasks related to the position as assigned, which may include website contribution</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Requirements:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience Directing and TDing newscasts</li>\n <li>Knowledge of production standards and equipment</li>\n <li>Full working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite</li>\n <li>Ability to clearly give direction to crew while under pressure</li>\n <li>Typing and good spelling skills necessary</li>\n <li>Ability to read and write, college degree preferred</li>\n <li>Must be able to lift &amp; position 40 pound lighting instruments</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>EEO AND INCLUSIVITY:</strong></p>\n<p>Sinclair is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and a drug free workplace.
