Apply now and be a key player in our mission to support individuals on their path to wellness!</em></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>BEHAVIORAL HEALTH LEADERSHIP:</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Provide direct patient care alongside supervision for behavioral health staff.</li>\n   <li>Offer expertise on best practices and guidelines.</li>\n   <li>Evaluate treatment plans, documentation, and services.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT:</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Ensure teams meet performance measures in compliance.</li>\n   <li>Prioritize the patient experience while maintaining compliance.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>TRAINING AND ONBOARDING:</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Oversee onboarding and training for new hires.</li>\n   <li>Implement policies, workflows, and trainings.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>COLLABORATION AND COMMUNICATION:</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Participate in and occasionally lead meetings and in-services.</li>\n   <li>Partner with Operations Director for proper care.</li>\n   <li>Provide updates on recruitment progress and market insights.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>COMPLIANCE MANAGEMENT</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Adhere to and manage compliance for supervision activities.</li>\n   <li>Embrace and promote a culture of compliance.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent communication skills.</li>\n <li>High empathy and compassion for patients.</li>\n <li>Competent in working with a diverse population.</li>\n <li>Team player and natural problem solver.</li>\n <li>Adaptable and agile in a dynamic environment.</li>\n <li>Technologically capable, MS Office familiarity preferred.</li>\n <li>Strong commitment to compliance and integrity.</li>\n <li>Emerging leadership capabilities and early project management potential.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>EXPERIENCE</strong> </li>\n <li><strong>Required</strong> </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>5+ years’ experience in a related field. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Preferred</strong> </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>1+ years’ experience as a Therapist at BrightView, or relevant experience. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Prior supervisions experience. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>EDUCATION</strong> </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Required</strong> </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Consistent with state-level regulation and requirements, at minimum a Master’s Degree </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Preferred</strong> </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Master’s Degree </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>REQUIRED</strong> </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Active licensure consistent with state-level regulatory requirements, at minimum independently licensed with supervision designation, LCSW, LPC or LSATP</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>BRIGHTVIEW HEALTH BENEFITS AND PERKS:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>PTO (Paid Time Off) </li>\n <li>Immediately vested and eligible in 401k program with employer match.  </li>\n <li>Company sponsored ongoing training and certification opportunities. </li>\n <li>Full comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short term disability, long term disability and accident insurance. </li>\n <li>Tuition Reimbursement after 1 year in related field  </li>\n</ul>\n<p>We offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive work environment dedicated to your professional growth and development. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Ready to shape our future by bringing in top talent?
