Technology Site Support Lead

This is an onsite position requiring the team member to be onsite 5 days a week. No relocation is provided for this opportunity. Job Summary Working closely with the regional and global Digital and Transformation team, the role of the site services team is responsible for developing and efficiently operating all aspects of the site's infrastructure and End User devices in line with corporate guidelines and procedures. Performs duties in line with best Digital and Transformation practices and applicable regulatory requirements (i.e. cGMP, Computer System Validation, 21 CFR part 11 compliance). Leading the site's workload distribution and coordinating with other teams and local management.  This role will support the start up of a new manufacturing facility and will have the opportunity to set standards and drive culture at the site.
