The Project Management Process Analyst is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining standardized frameworks, operating procedures, and governance rules within the project management organization. This role ensures that project management organization processes and projects are consistent with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and AGCO quality management systems (QMS)  . Your Impact Develop, update, and manage project management standards, procedures, and specifications Create Standard Operating Procedures for deliverables inside the AGCO Major Product Introduction Process Perform audits to ensure adherence to internal standards, standard operating procedures, and external industry standards (e.g., ISO). Research & Implementation: Stay current on industry developments and emerging technologies to update internal standards and improve operational efficiency Provide training for project management professionals on updated standards and procedures Your Experience and Qualifications 4 year University degree required, PMP certification preferred Minimum 5-10 years experience in project management Skilled in project management with experience utilizing project management tools (Microsoft Project, Primavera, etc.) Ability to work independently and in a structured manner Experience in team building and conflict resolution Your Benefits GLOBAL DIVERSITY – Diversity means many things to us, different brands, cultures, nationalities, genders, generations – even variety in our roles.
