This role is responsible for the entire subcontracting lifecycle—from vetting and price negotiation to project delivery and performance auditing. This is a remote position that could be located anywhere within our customer footprint. We are hiring 1 person for this role. The primary focus of this position is managing partners who provide Field Service Support (Maintenance & Break-Fix) and, most critically, IST (Installation & Integration) services. You will ensure all partners align with Wittenbach Business Systems (WBS) quality standards, budgetary goals, and delivery timelines. Key Responsibilities Strategic Lifecycle Management: Lead the vetting, onboarding, and contract negotiation for all subcontractors, ensuring competitive pricing and robust service level agreements (SLAs). IST & Service Delivery: Oversee the execution of Installation and Integration (IST) work—the core focus of this role—alongside ongoing field maintenance and break-fix services. Operational Integration: Seamlessly integrate subcontractor teams into WBS internal workflows, including communication protocols, dispatch systems, and monitoring tools. Accountability & Governance: Define clear roles, responsibilities, and assignments for external partners; conduct regular performance audits to ensure compliance and high-quality outcomes. Cross-Functional Leadership: Provide management oversight to ensure external labor meets the demands of both the Service and Sales departments, maintaining a unified standard of excellence.
