    "description_html": "<p><strong>Overview</strong></p><p>Ansible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is currently recruiting Phlebotomists to support the Blyth VA Clinic located at 1273 W Hobsonway, Blythe, CA, 92225.If you accept employment with Ansible, you must also acknowledge that any assigned schedule is subject to change at the direction of either Ansible or its customers. </p><p>Ansible is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) providing Federal customers with solutions in many arenas. Our customers face wide-ranging challenges in the fields of national security, health care, and information technology. To address these challenges, we employ intelligent and committed staff who take care of our customers’ success as if it is their own.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Draw blood samples for outpatient services.</li><li>Ensure proper patient identification to eliminate errors.</li><li>Accession and process specimens for testing.</li><li>Maintain congenial relationships with staff and patients.</li><li>Follow all infection control policies and procedures.</li><li>Work under the supervision of the Phlebotomy Supervisor.</li><li>Participate in training and continuing education sessions.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency (i.e. CPT I/II licensing in California)</li><li>Completion of an approved phlebotomy training course (or equivalent)</li><li>American Heart Association (AHA) CPR/Basic Life Support (BLS)</li><li>Minimum of 1 year of experience within the last 3 years as a patient service technician/phlebotomist</li><li>2-3 years of phlebotomist experience in an acute care setting is preferred</li><li>Proficiency in the following: blood collection by venipuncture and capillary technique from patients of all age groups, urine drug screen collections, paternity collections, breath/saliva alcohol testing, LCM/Cyber Tools, TestCup, pediatric blood collections, and difficult draws</li><li>No sponsorship available</li></ul><p><strong>Pay Range: </strong>$24.19 - $28.60 hourly </p><p><strong>All candidates must be able to:</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shift</li>\n\t<li>Lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist</li>\n\t<li>Lift up to 20 lbs</li>\n\t<li>Carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance</li>\n\t<li>Push/pull with 30 lbs of force</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong>All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran. </strong></p>",
