Air Conditioning, Heating, Plumbing & Electric is part of a national service leader and we are looking for a high-performing HVAC Sales Manager to join our growing, successful team. As a Residential Sales Manager with us you will direct and lead residential sales strategies for the branch including defining, implementing, and monitoring your sales team’s performance. We offer $120,000 – 140,000/year depending on experience Company Vehicle, fuel card, cell phone & laptop Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision & life insurance $5 a week medical plan option 401(k) plan with company match 13 days paid time off, 8 paid holidays, and accrued paid sick leave Quality, comprehensive training programs Opportunities for advancement Discount Programs with our partnered accounts (Childcare, personal cell phone, etc.) Opportunity to give back to your community through partnership with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, The Tim Tebow Foundation, ARS Cares Program, and More! Responsibilities Meeting or exceeding monthly performance targets and goals as determined by General Manager Driving revenue and conversion for the division Acting as a trainer and resource to the sales team in branch products, services, and the residential sales processes Hiring, training and motivating each sales representative to meet or exceed goals. Leading weekly sales meetings to discuss strategy, competitive differentiation, selling skills, etc Meeting with sales management team weekly to present reports Qualifications Requirements 5 years of in-home sales management experience is required. College degree in a technical field or building science is preferred Goal-driven and desire to succeed in a metric-driven environment Must have drive and ability to excel in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment Strong presentation and customer service skills Must have strong ethics and work as an effective, collaborative team member Strong relationship management skills with employees and customers Strong negotiation skills Ability to meet sales quotas and deadlines Computer literacy and familiarity with the internet Ability to pass criminal background check, drug screen and MVR check (in accordance with the Colorado Chance to Compete Act).
