    "description": "<p>Timi's Tours is looking for a detail-driven, people-first Customer Service Agent to join our team in Moweaqua, IL. This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position with a company that has been delivering premium group travel experiences since 2006.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>In this role, you'll be at the heart of what makes a great tour, managing the booking process from first inquiry to departure day. You'll coordinate hotel accommodations, attractions, restaurants, airfare, and all the moving pieces in between, while serving as a primary point of contact for our guests.
