Candidate background should be fashion designer from reputed university. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Global fashion designers, buyers, and technical teams to develop high-quality, well-fitted styles that meet design intent and production standards. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth communication, accurate execution, and customer satisfaction throughout the development process.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Develop and maintain accurate 2D patterns and 3D garments with a strong focus on fit, quality, and design intent.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate with Fashion Designers to create new silhouettes shape 2D and 3D both.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Work closely with Buyer Designers to develop 2D and 3D designs based on their requirements, ensuring quality, fit, and customer confidence.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate with Garments Technical Team to create production-ready 3D samples to achieve the good fittings.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Review the 3D samples to ensure to meet design, fit, and quality standards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Support to build 3D Block Library for future design.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Coordinate with Fashion Designers, Account Managers (AM), and the Technical Team to ensure a smooth and efficient development process.</span></li>\n</ol>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What are we looking for?:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Technical Designer, Pattern Maker, or Garment Technologist within a fashion brand or manufacturing environment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Educational background in Fashion Design, Pattern Making, or Garment Technology from a reputed university</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Strong expertise in 2D pattern development and 3D garment design</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Hands-on experience working with 3D software (CLO 3D, Browzwear, or equivalent) and strong understanding of virtual fitting workflows</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Solid knowledge of garment construction, fit standards, grading, and production processes</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Ability to interpret fashion design concepts and translate them into accurate, production-ready 2D and 3D solutions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Experience working with global buyers and fashion brands, understanding their fit expectations and quality standards</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Strong attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset for fit and construction issues<br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
