In the end, lives will be saved.  </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Could you be our newest Teckronaut?<em>  </em></span></p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> </span></em></p>\n<p> <span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">What you’ll Do:</span></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Ensure the ongoing successful delivery of Teckro products to clients by </span><span>building strong and productive relationships with clients and co-workers.</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>As lead point of contact for study teams, manage day to day relationships to ensure ongoing<br>client satisfaction through frequent communication, meetings and client visits.</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Develop long-term relationships with clients to help grow these accounts within Teckro by connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Proactively identify potential and existing issues in client service relationships, address these directly and intervene when necessary to ensure client satisfaction. Recommend Teckro solutions to help solve these where possible.</span><span> </span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Develop site engagement strategies with the clinical study team using Teckro solutions, data and communication channels.</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Leverage Teckro data and metrics for clients with the objective of adding value to the clinical trial or programme. </span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Responsible for educating clients on products, new solutions and best practices. </span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Provide support to Head of Clinical Engagement and/or Senior Management in the areas of engagement/growth strategy, process and reporting.</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Be an active contributor to the sales team to reach and exceed the sales quota while </span><span>achieving sales targets.</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Contribute to the Engagement Project Management team process creation and process improvement.</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Ensure successful collaboration of the Engagement PM team with other departments, as required.</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Ability to travel (approximately 20-30%)</span><span> </span></li>\n<li><span>Undertake other duties in-line with your role and business needs as required.</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></em><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">The Ideal candidate will have:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>2-3 years of healthcare project management, account management and/or clinical research experience. </span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>1-2 years’ experience in clinical trial management or similar.</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Ability to form strong and constructive internal as well as external professional relationships.</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Demonstrated ability to shape, and deliver results to, customer expectations.</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Strong influencing, negotiation skills and presentation skills.</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and telephone skills.</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;
