You benefit from a cohesive, in-house therapy team and supportive organization with opportunities to learn and grow.  </p>\n<p>Boutwells Landing is seeking an On-Call Occupational Therapist. </p>\n<p>SCHEDULE: weekday and weekend shifts available</p>\n<p>WHY BECOME A THERAPIST WITH PHS? </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Great work/life balance and flexible schedules </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive pay and annual increases </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Use your strengths to serve multiple settings – TCU/SNF, Assisted Living, Independent Living, Home Health, and Outpatient  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Spend more time with your residents/clients with reasonable productivity expectations </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Paid mileage and drive time if traveling between communities  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Access to online continuing education courses & podcasts </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Scholarship program – awards up to $5,250 per year! </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>May be eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness   </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Opportunities for growth and internal promotion! </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>As an Occupational Therapist you will be responsible to:  </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct a comprehensive assessment & evaluation using subjective and objective measures. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop treatment plans and programs in accordance with physician orders.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide quality treatments, actively progressing goals to achieve highest quality of life.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct screens and provide education to residents/clients, families, caregivers, and staff.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Coordinate seamless discharges utilizing the full continuum of therapy and fitness services.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide accurate and timely documentation & billing in electronic medical record.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Demonstrate understanding and knowledge of payer sources and regulatory requirements.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Complete and document supervisory visits per regulations.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Communicate effectively with residents/clients, families, caregivers, physicians, referral sources, and interdisciplinary team.   </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.</li>\n <li>Current licensure in the state(s) of practice as required.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>The estimated starting pay range for this role is $36.79 - $49.77 per hour. This good faith estimate is based upon PHS’s typical starting pay range for this role.
