margin-top: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Bachelor’s degree in Human Services and a minimum of three (3) years’ experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (strongly preferred); OR Associate's degree with at least three (3) years’ experience in the same field.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: 115%; margin-bottom: 8pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%;\">At least three (3) years’ professional experience in a public or private organization in a leadership, coordination, or program management role.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: 115%; margin-bottom: 8pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%;\">Proven ability to oversee and support service delivery in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: 115%;
