At Young, YOU are at the core of what we do.</p>\n\n<p><strong>Position Overview:</strong></p>\n\n<p>The CVS Packaging Operator will be responsible for a wide variety of weighing, mixing, filling and packaging activities including weighing packaged materials, filling boxes, sealing packages. </p>\n\n<p><strong>Who you’ll work with:</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>This role reports directly into our Production Supervisor but has partnership with the Operations Manager, supply chain team, and operators.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li><strong>Essential Duties</strong>\n\n\t<ul>\n\t\t<li>Count and hand pack individual boxes of finished product in an orderly and efficient manner.</li>\n\t\t<li>Organize packaged products into shipping boxes and then place on skids.</li>\n\t\t<li>Participate in inventory cycle counting and other physical duties as assigned.</li>\n\t</ul>\n\t</li>\n\t<li><strong>Quality Control and Documentation</strong>\n\t<ul>\n\t\t<li>Read, follow, and complete work orders and additional documentation as required.</li>\n\t\t<li>Comply with internal quality system and general company policies.</li>\n\t\t<li>Able to follow procedures relating to proper storage and handling of chemicals, labels, and other packaging supplies.</li>\n\t</ul>\n\t</li>\n\t<li><strong>Safety and Maintenance</strong>\n\t<ul>\n\t\t<li>Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives in production processes</li>\n\t\t<li>Follow all written and verbal instructions and guidelines</li>\n\t\t<li>Communicate and work effectively with team members to meet production goals and quotas</li>\n\t\t<li>Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude</li>\n\t\t<li>Observe all safety guidelines and report concerns to management.</li>\n\t\t<li>Maintain a clean, organized work area and equipment</li>\n\t</ul>\n\t</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p> </p>\n\n<p><strong>You’ll like this role if:</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>You enjoy hands-on work with different types of tools and machinery</li>\n\t<li>You like working in a team-oriented environment</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong>Why You’ll Love Working Here:</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Medium sized company – not too big, not too small – just enough to get things done and see your impact.</li>\n\t<li>Did we say benefits?
