Your creativity and data-driven insights will shape how we communicate new product launches, promotions, and personalized recommendations, making every message memorable and on-brand.</p><ul><li>Develop, manage, and execute email marketing and SMS campaigns, including promotional, transactional, and lifecycle emails.</li><li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Creative, E-commerce, Merchandising) to ensure all email and SMS content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing goals.</li><li>Build and manage email lists, segments, and databases to optimize targeting and performance.</li><li>Develop effective A/B testing strategies to optimize open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversions.</li><li>Analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., open rates, CTR, conversion rates) and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.</li><li>Manage the scheduling, segmentation, and personalization of email and SMS content using marketing automation tools.</li><li>Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and anti-spam laws (CASL, GDPR).</li><li>Collaborate on lead generation initiatives, working closely with the customer acquisition and retention teams.</li><li>Continuously test new strategies for email and SMS campaigns to boost engagement and sales, including subject lines, send times, and personalized messaging.</li></ul><ul><li>Assist in setting up and managing automation flows for cart abandonment, product recommendations, and post-purchase communications.</li><li>Stay up to date with email and SMS marketing trends and technologies to drive innovation within our campaigns.</li></ul>",
