    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">**Hours are flexible however the position is a Monday-Friday position with 4-6 hours per day to be worked between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. (Maximum of 28 hours per week)**</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Position Summary </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">The Custodian is responsible for Maintaining a clean, safe, an orderly environment throughout all company facilities. The custodian helps ensure facilities are well maintained and present a professional appearance for employees, visitors, and customers. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Essential Duties and Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Cleans and sanitizes restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, countertops, and floors </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Cleans and maintains kitchen and break room areas including countertops, sinks, tables, and appliances as needed</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Empties trash and recycling containers and transports waste to designated disposal areas</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Vacuums carpets and rugs in offices, hallways, and common areas sweeps, mops, and maintains hard surface floors</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Dusts furniture, fixtures, windowsills, and other surfaces cleans interior glass surfaces and windows washes exterior windows as assigned</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Restocks restroom and kitchen supplies, including paper products, soap, and cleaning materials </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Maintains cleaning equipment and notifies management of repair or replacement needs </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Reports maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or supply shortages to management </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Performs other custodial and facility related duties as assigned</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">High school diploma or equivalent preferred </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Previous custodial, janitorial, housekeeping, or facility management experience preferred but not required</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ability to work independently with minimal supervision </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ability to follow written and verbal instructions basic knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Dependable, punctual, and detail oriented</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a business environment</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Physical Demands </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
