Deployment & Support</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Deploy and manage Windows Servers (virtual & physical)</li>\n <li>Set up and configure hardware, storage, and peripherals</li>\n <li>Support jobsite office tech deployments</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>System Administration & Optimization</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform regular system maintenance, patching, and updates</li>\n <li>Monitor performance, conduct failure analysis, and tune resources</li>\n <li>Build software installation packages (via Microsoft Configuration Manager)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Identity & Access Management</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage Active Directory & Entra ID (user provisioning, group policies)</li>\n <li>Administer SaaS platform accounts and enforce MFA & security protocols</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Enterprise Applications & Tools</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Administer SharePoint Online (site setup, training, issue resolution)</li>\n <li>Support software adoption, integrations, and troubleshooting</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Security & Compliance</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure NIST compliance and implement best practices</li>\n <li>Support secure LANs/WANs, firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint protections</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Backup & Disaster Recovery</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage and monitor enterprise backup systems to ensure data protection and recovery.</li>\n <li>Perform daily backup validation and disaster recovery testing.</li>\n <li>Maintain documentation and procedures for recovery scenarios and business continuity.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Support & Documentation</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide Tier II/III support for complex issues</li>\n <li>Participate in on-call rotations and after-hours WAPs)</li>\n <li><strong>VMware</strong> (virtual machines & resource optimization)</li>\n <li><strong>PowerShell scripting</strong> (automation & provisioning)</li>\n <li><strong>Network security</strong> (firewall rules, VPNs, endpoint protection)</li>\n <li><strong>Backup/Recovery</strong> (Veeam or equivalent tools)</li>\n <li><strong>Azure/M365</strong> (hybrid environments,
