    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Primary Responsibilities </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The IT Programmer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications and systems that support organizational operations. This role works closely with business units, IT staff, and end users to translate business needs into functional technology solutions.
