Our clients include government, military, and commercial organisations deploying AI in high-stakes environments. We work through embedded teams deployed on-site or closely integrated with our clients.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We're looking for a senior Solution Architect to lead technical pre-sales and solution scoping across our computer vision and embodied AI work. You'll be the first technical point of contact for customers: understanding their needs, designing test and assurance solutions that map to our platform, and ensuring a smooth handover from scoping to engineering. This role spans both established CV assurance engagements and a growing pipeline of robotics and autonomy testing programmes.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">What You'll Do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead technical pre-sales across computer vision and embodied AI / autonomy engagements: workshops, demos, solution-design sessions.</li>\n<li>Scope customer requirements (CV model assurance, UGV / robotics autonomy V&amp;V) and translate them into formal technical specifications and test strategies.</li>\n<li>Design solution architectures that map customer needs to AIP capabilities across vision, generative, and autonomous-systems testing.</li>\n<li>Act as the feasibility anchor for both the solutions we propose to clients and the internal roadmap: guide the team on what to build and how to prioritise, grounded in hands-on experience of what is realistic.</li>\n<li>Push back constructively when a client requests something that does not make technical sense or would demand disproportionate effort, and steer them toward a workable alternative.</li>\n<li>Advise customers on evaluation methodology: ODD specification, scenario design, simulation-based and real-world V&amp;V, sensor-data analysis, and model performance, robustness, and safety testing.</li>\n<li>Work with Forward Deployed Engineers to ensure smooth handover from scoping to deployment.</li>\n<li>Maintain ongoing technical relationships with key government and defence accounts.</li>\n<li>Contribute to proposal writing, RFP responses, and technical documentation.</li>\n<li>Provide market and competitive intelligence to inform the product roadmap, particularly in autonomy and robotics testing.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">What We're Looking For</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>5 to 10 years in solution architecture, ML/AI engineering, or technical consulting, with customer-facing scoping experience.</li>\n<li>Technical depth across both computer vision and embodied AI / robotics / autonomous systems (perception stacks, ROS, simulation, sensor data).</li>\n<li>Experience designing solutions for enterprise and government customers.</li>\n<li>Excellent presentation and communication skills: comfortable in executive-level conversations.</li>\n<li>Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into customer business value.</li>\n<li>Experience with proposal writing, RFP responses, and formal requirements documentation.</li>\n<li>Self-directed and comfortable operating across time zones and geographies.</li>\n<li>Comfortable carrying engagements through many conversations and consistent follow-up rather than one-off interactions.</li>\n<li>Thrives in ambiguity, where scope shifts as client needs and conversations evolve.</li>\n<li>Able to iterate on scope and ramp quickly to depth in unfamiliar technical areas.</li>\n<li>Due to the requirements of security clearance, we are only able to consider Singapore Citizens/Singapore Permanent Residents for this position.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Nice to Have</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>AI evaluation or V&amp;V experience: eval harnesses, benchmarking, model testing, or safety cases.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with autonomy V&amp;V tooling: CARLA, Isaac Sim, Applied Intuition or Foretellix, OpenSCENARIO / OpenODD, rosbag / lidar / camera analysis.</li>\n<li>Experience in defence, robotics, or autonomous-vehicle programmes.</li>\n<li>Understanding of AI governance and safety standards (ISO 26262, SOTIF, ISO 34503, DO-178C).</li>\n<li>Existing network in Singapore government or defence procurement.</li>\n<li>Experience with Palantir, Applied Intuition, or similar enterprise / autonomy software companies.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Our Wish List</span></p>\n<p>We have deliberately tightened our hiring bar. Every person we bring should ideally meet these standards:</p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Communication and handover:</span> You must be able to clearly document your work, hand over context to colleagues, and communicate technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Independent operation:</span> You must be able to work autonomously with minimal supervision, manage ambiguity, and make sound technical decisions.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">T-shaped profile:</span> Depth in your primary area plus working knowledge across the stack. We value breadth alongside expertise.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Sound technical judgment:</span> You must be able to scope rigorously, surface risk early, and make defensible recommendations under incomplete information.</li>\n</ul>",
