• Manage requirements throughout the lifecycle, including traceability, validation, and change impact assessment
• Collaborate with vendors and delivery teams to support Agile processes, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and solution validation
• Support design and validation of workflows, data flows, and system specifications aligned with clinical and operational needs
• Develop and execute testing artifacts (test plans, test cases, acceptance criteria) and support defect tracking and resolution
• Contribute to deployment readiness, go-live activities, and post-implementation support across a provincial rollout
What You’ll Bring to the Team
• A post-secondary degree in Computer Science or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Minimum five years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role, within an integrated IT or healthcare environment.[MS3.1][TA3.2]

• Knowledge of IT Service Management and Change Management concepts.
• Prior experience working with ePCR software such as Medusa Siren
• An IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) designation and/or a PMP certification is considered an asset.
